The IDEA Foundation has no paid employees and commits all donated funds directly to the projects it endorses.  Files are kept on all recipients of IDEA assistance so that donors may learn precisely where their contributions are going and exactly who is being helped.  Photos of many recipients are displayed on the Foundation website and at the annual fundraising concert.  Donors may request specific information on recipients from the Foundation office.
